Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Over the past few years, shipping carriers have had difficulty keeping up with demand.  We will always do our best to ship within a timely manner, however, we do not have control over mail or shipping services once they leave our facility.  During busier times, like holidays, you may experience delays that our out of our control.  The shipping time is only a guide and does not include our processing times of 1 to 2 business days. .

If a product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. 

If, for some unforeseen circumstance, your order is delayed, we will make every effort to contact you in a timely manner. 

We offer Domestic shipping only and shipping charges will be added at checkout.  

 

Local Deliver and Pick-up

We do offer local delivery and pick-up in the Spearfish, SD zip code only.  Please contact us at TheDakotaHeat@gmail.com to set up times.  

International Shipping

We are very sorry, but at this time, we cannot offer international shipping.  

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 1 week of receiving your email notification, please contact us, so we can make every effort to locate your package.  

PO Boxes

We are very sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
