Refund policy

We can accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is in new condition and unused.  You will be refunded the full amount for the returned items minus the shipping costs. 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.  We will require a photo of the item(s) and you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the damaged items.  Determination for exchange or refunds will be on a case by case basis.  Please contact us so we can help you with this.  

All clothing purchases must be unworn and unwashed, in new condition to be eligible for a return within 30 days.  If you would like an exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to help you through the exchange process.  Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items.  Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of goods.
